The principles of being in good shape have been known for hundreds of years, although in the last decades, details have been worked out in several areas. Barring inherited illness and bad luck, the way to an excellent health depends on five factors, namely:
1. Avoid situations of grave physical danger.
2. Sleep long enough for your needs.
3. Do not eat or drink substances.
4. Choose a diet that sound can be traced easily.
5. Make sure you do a minimum of daily exercise.
The first aspect is normaly overlooked by wellness experts, but then it plays a crucial role in allowing individuals to reach an advanced age in good condition. Combat sports and exotic vacations pulls crowds in search of excitement, but then they entail risks that cannot be easily averted.
